Zachary (Zack) Buhler, LMT
Zack
Zach is a Massage Therapist who recently moved to the area with his family from Texas!
Originally from a small town in rural Indiana, Zach has an impressive background both in healthcare and athletics. In addition to being a dedicated Massage Therapist, he’s also a Paralympic athlete in the sport of Goalball and has been competing with Team USA for the past 10 years.
Goalball is a sport for blind and visually impaired athletes, played worldwide. All players wear blindfolds, and the ball is filled with bells so it can be tracked by sound. Teams score by getting the ball into the opposing net and defend using only their bodies and hearing.

Sports have always been a central part of Zach’s life. Even after losing his vision, he hoped to pursue a career as a physical therapist or athletic trainer. As his vision decreased further, those paths became harder to follow- until a few teammates encourages him to explore massage therapy. That suggestion changed everything. Zach discovered a passion for the work an a meaningful career that allows him to help others without relying heavily on sight.
Zach says, “I am super excited to get started here and to show my passion for holistic health and healing through massage therapy! Thanks for the opportunity!”
Xenia Feola, LMT
Xenia
Xenia is originally from a small town in Missouri and recently moved here with her husband from Alaska. Her passion for understanding the human body led her to study massage therapy as well as sports and exercise science. She has been a licensed massage therapist for nearly three years.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, fishing, and just about any outdoor activity.
She is dedicated to helping people live more comfortably and achieve a pain-free life through massage therapy, and she looks forward to working with you!
