Meet Linda Zara, LMT
I am relatively new to the beautiful PNW. Washington is an incredibly diverse habitat and exploring it has been rewarding for me. My massage career began by using my training in Neuromuscular, Sports, Deep tissue and Swedish massages in Colorado and Florida. My focus for treatment is on therapeutic massage to treat muscle pain, injury and stiffness to achieve muscle recovery, pain reduction and relaxation.
I am passionate about massage therapy especially after being the recipient of many treatments and benefits over the years. I truly enjoy attending diverse seminars and programs in different modalities of massage therapy as it allows me to continually improve and enhance the therapist and patient relationship.
In addition to my love of nature I enjoy cooking and experimenting with recipes, leisure reading and yoga. Life is too short not to do the things you enjoy.
